A submitted inquiry or booking form does not automatically reserve a date.

The selected date and time will only be considered officially secured once the required payment has been received and verified by Aljohn Olivete Photography.

Bookings are subject to schedule and team availability.

Clients may settle either a 20% down payment or full payment in advance to secure their booking.

If the 20% down payment option is selected, the remaining balance must be settled according to the payment arrangement indicated for the booking.

Additional services, upgrades, transportation, overtime, and other applicable charges will be added to the final amount.

The down payment is non-refundable and will be forfeited if the client cancels the event or session.

If the client has already paid the full amount and decides to cancel, 80% of the total payment will be refunded.

The remaining 20% covers administrative work, planning, preparation, and potential opportunity costs associated with reserving the date.

Rescheduling is permitted subject to team and date availability.

If the requested new date is unavailable, the original down payment will be forfeited.

If the client chooses to proceed with a rescheduled date, a new down payment will be required to secure the new schedule.

The new date will only be considered confirmed once the required payment has been received and verified.

Transportation fees will apply and may vary depending on the location of the shoot or event.

If the client provides transportation for our team, or if the location is within our service area, transportation fees may be reduced or waived accordingly.

For overnight shoots, the client must provide or cover the team's required transportation and accommodation.

For events with 4 hours or more of coverage, the client is required to provide meals for the team.

For overnight coverage, appropriate transportation and accommodation must also be provided or covered by the client.

These arrangements help ensure that the team remains comfortable, energized, and able to perform throughout the coverage.

Additional coverage is charged at ₱2,000 per hour.

An extension of 30 minutes or more will be considered one full additional hour.

Extensions are subject to team availability and may be accommodated provided that the additional coverage does not already qualify for a separate package rate.

For outdoor sessions, weather conditions will be considered for the safety of the client and the team.

If weather conditions make the shoot unsafe or impractical, Aljohn Olivete Photography will coordinate with the client regarding possible adjustments or rescheduling.

Other circumstances beyond reasonable control—including natural disasters, venue restrictions, government regulations, emergencies, or similar events—will be handled reasonably based on the circumstances and availability.

All digital photos and videos will generally be delivered through Google Drive or another designated online gallery.

Turnaround times may vary depending on the volume of files, complexity of editing, and number of ongoing bookings.

Clients are encouraged to download and create their own backup copies after delivery.

By booking Aljohn Olivete Photography, the client acknowledges the studio's photography and editing style.

Final images and videos will be edited according to our professional and creative judgment while considering reasonable client preferences discussed before the session.

Requests involving substantial re-editing, additional images, or services outside the selected package may be subject to additional fees.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, schedules, locations, permits, restrictions, and other information necessary for the shoot.

Clients may send mood boards, photo pegs, preferred poses, concepts, outfits, and location ideas in advance.

While we will make every reasonable effort to capture requested shots, specific photographs or moments cannot be guaranteed when circumstances are outside the photographer's control.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Aljohn Olivete Photography retains the copyright to photographs and videos created by the studio.

Clients may download, share, print, and post their delivered images for personal use.

Commercial use, resale, substantial alteration, or use by third-party businesses may require prior written permission.

By submitting a booking form and proceeding with payment, the client confirms that the information provided is accurate and acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
